Raw Vegan Chocolate Almond Egg. Ou de ciocolata si migdale, crud si vegan

I'm always on last minute doing things. Not a good example. But hopefully it's not too late for you to try this recipe. It's really easy to make and of course, healthy. If you are celebrating Christian orthodox Easter tomorrow, like I do, then this Chocolate Almond Egg is just perfect for you and your family, especially for kids. They shouldn't eat the common chocolate from supermarkets and you should know why. We are not born with the desire for chocolate. So neither the child won't claim it, never, only if he is used to it. At least until the child grows older and he can make his own choices, you do not need to create a habit, a bad habit, of eating chocolate and other sweets full of chemicals. Do something natural for your child, for you and your family.


INGREDIENTS for the egg:

- 50 g almond flour
- 20 g cacao powder
- 30 g maple syrup (or you can use honey)

INGREDIENTS for the chocolate:

- 2 TBSP cacao powder
- 1 TBSP melted coconut oil

INSTRUCTIONS:

In a bowl add the almond flour, cacao powder and maple syrup and mix well, until it becomes a sticky dough. And with your hands create the form of an egg and place it to the fridge.

TO MAKE THE CHOCOLATE:
In a bowl add the cacao powder.
Melt the coconut oil (usually is solid) a few seconds. 
Pour the coconut oil over the cacao and stir until it's creamy.

Take the egg from the fridge and pour the chocolate on top to cover it fully or partially.


Sunt intotdeauna pe ultima suta de metri. Nicidecum un bun exemplu. Dar sper ca nu e prea tarziu pentru tine sa incerci aceasta reteta. Este foarte usoara de facut si desigur, sanatoasa. Daca maine sarbatoresti Pastele ortodox, ca mine, atunci acest ou de ciocolata si migdale este perfect pentru tine si familia ta, mai ales pentru copii. Ei nu ar trebui sa manance ciocolata obisnuita din supermarket si tu ar trebui sa stii de ce. Noi nu ne-am nascut cu dorinta pentru ciocolata. Deci nici copilul nu va pretinde, niciodata, doar daca e obisnuit cu gustul. Cel putin pana creste si poate face propriile alegeri, nu-i crea un obicei, un obicei prost, de a manca ciocolata si alte dulciuri pline de chimicale. Fa ceva natural pentru copilul tau, pentru tine si familia ta.

INGREDIENTE pentru ou:
- 50 g faina de migdale
- 20 g pudra de cacao
- 30 g sirop de artar (sau poti folosi miere)

INGREDIENTE pentru ciocolata:
- 2 linguri pudra de cacao
- 1 lingurita ulei de cocos topit

INSTRUCTIUNI:

Intr-un bol adauga faina de migdale, pudra de cacao, siropul de artar si amesteca bine, pana devine un aluat lipicios. Si cu mainile creeaza forma unui ou (te joci precum o faci cu o plastilina) si il asezi in frigider.

PENTRU A FACE CIOCOLATA:
Intr-un bol adauga pudra de cacao.
Topeste uleiul de cocos (de obicei e solid) pentru cateva secunde.
Toarna uleiul topit peste cacao si amesteca pana devine cremos.

Scoate oul din frigider si toarna ciocolata deasupra, acoperindu-l in intregime sau partial.
