The easiest, most delicious and most healthy chocolate. Cea mai usoara, sanatoasa si delicioasa reteta de ciocolata


I have promised a few days ago on my facebook page a recipe. The most easy, delicious, healthy chocolate recipe :) So because I stirred up a little the curiosity and of course the senses, I had to put all the ingredients back together, take pictures and share with you guys. Hope you'll give it a try. Trust me, it's so worth it.


Serves: 4 cups
Prep time: 2-5 mins

INGREDIENTS:

- 1 cup raw cacao (or 1/2 cup cacao and 1/2 carob)
- 1/2 cup or 1/3 cup melted coconut oil
- 1 TBSP honey (or maple syrup)

INSTRUCTIONS:

Usually the coconut oil is solid. So it has to be cooked a few seconds until it melts.
Then you add all the ingredients in a bowl and mix gently until well combined.
Pour the liquid chocolate in your desired shapes. I used muffin cups (first time) *
Place the chocolate cups on a plate and lay them in the fridge for 1 hour.

Cea mai usoara, sanatoasa si delicioasa reteta de ciocolata :) Deci, pentru ca am starnit putin curiozitatea si, desigur, simturile, a trebuit sa pun toate ingredientele la un loc, sa fac poze si sa impartasesc cu voi. Sper ca-i veti oferi o sansa. Credeti-ma, merita!

Servire: 4 cupe
Timp preparare: 2-5 minute

INGREDIENTE:

- 1 cana cacao cruda (sau 1/2 cana cacao si 1/2 carob - pudra de roscove)
- 1/2 cana sau 1/3 cana ulei de cocos topit
- 1 lingura miere (sau sirop de artar)

* Despre beneficiile cacaoai crude si a uleiului de cocos gasiti aici

INSTRUCTIUNI:

De obicei uleiul de cocos este solid. Astfel e necesara gatirea pentru cateva secunde pana cand se topeste.
Apoi adauga toate ingredientele intr-un bol si amesteca usor pana sunt bine combinate.
Se toarna compozitia rezultata (ciocolata lichida) in formele dorite. Eu am folosit cupe de briosa din carton (prima data) *
Aseaza cupele de ciocolata pe o farfurie si pune-le in frigider pentru o ora.

* A doua oara am folosit forme de ciocolata micute si dragute :)



Coconut Snowballs. "Bulgari de zapada" din cocos


So this is my very first post since 2015. And I had to start it in my own particular way: sunday morning, taking pictures, writing in bed - that's the stuff :) Moreover, get to make nourishing desserts and share with you guys, it's what makes me happy. I hope you enjoy my Snowballs be alike Raffaello. They come packed with goodies, all nourishing, and they lack of sugar, dairy, artificial flavorings.


On the other hand, are you enthusiastic about the New Year? Are you willing to challenge yourself? Are you willing to let go of the past and make a step outside of your confort zone? Are you grateful for the ups and downs that 2014 give you? I hope you are. Because I know I am. I am grateful for all the experiences I've been thru: disappointments, ups and downs, big changes, big challenges, things I never tried before and never thought I would. I've pushed my limits, I learned a lot of things and I grow. Thank you, 2014!
As for 2015? Like I said in previous post, let's make healthy choices, day by day, rather than resolutions. Let's be better TODAY.

And let's celebrate this new start with this delicios "Snowballs" :)


Serves: 10 balls
Prep time: 2-5 mins

INGREDIENTS:

- 6 TBSP coconut flour
- 4 TBSP melted coconut oil
- 1.5 TBSP honey
- 50 grams coconut cream bio (by Rapunzel)
- 2 TBSP chia seeds

INSTRUCTIONS:

Add all the ingredients to a bowl and mix gently until well combined.
Cover the bowl and place it in the fridge for 10 minutes or until it firms up.
Shape small balls and roll them in coconut flour (or coconut flakes).
Place the "snowballs" on a plate and lay them in the fridge until they firm up.

* The coconut cream is served at room temperature or a little bit warmed up

Acesta, deci, este primul meu articol din 2015. Si a trebuit sa-l incep in felul meu propriu: duminica dimineata, fotografiere, scris in pat - ce lucruri :)  Mai mult decat atat, sa reusesc sa realizez deserturi sanatoase si sa le impartasesc cu voi, e ceea ce ma face fericita. Sper sa va placa "Bulgari de zapada"; sunt similari lui Raffaello :) Ei vin la pachet cu bunatati, toate hranitoare, si duc lipsa de zahar, lactate, arome artificiale.

Pe de alta parte, esti entuziasmat de Noul An? Esti dispus sa te supui provocarilor? Esti dispus sa renunti la trecut si sa faci un pas inafara zonei tale de confort? Esti recunoscator pentru suisurile si coborasurile pe care 2014 ti le-a oferit? Sper ca esti. Pentru ca stiu ca eu sunt. Sunt recunoscatoare pentru toate experientele prin care am trecut: dezamagiri, suisuri si coborasuri, mari schimbari, mari provocari, lucruri care nu le-am incercat niciodata inainte si care nu as fi crezut ca le voi incerca vreodata. Mi-am impins limitele. Am invatat o multime de lucruri si am crescut. Multumesc, 2014!
Cat despre 2015? Precum am spus in articolul anterior, haideti sa facem alegeri sanatoase, zi de zi, mai degraba decat rezolutii. Hai sa fim mai buni ASTAZI.

Si hai sa serbam acest moment, acest nou inceput cu deliciosii "Bulgari de zapada" :)

- 1.5 lingura miere
- 50 grame crema de cocos bio (firma Rapunzel)
- 2 linguri seminte de chia

INSTRUCTIUNI:

Adaugati toate ingredientele intr-un bol si amestecati usor pana sunt bine combinate.
Acoperiti bolul si puneti-l in frigider pentru 10 min sau pana cand se intareste compozitia.
Formati bile mici si rulati-le prin faina de cocos (sau prin fulgi de cocos)
Asezati "Bulgari de zapada" pe o farfurie si puneti-i la frigider pana cand se intaresc.

* Crema de nuca de cocos este servita la temperatura camerei sau un pic incalzita

Hello everyone. It's been a while since my last post. Vacation took over his power :) Like always does, let's be sincere :) Anyway, I just passed by to say a big THANK YOU for everything and for everyone that was part of my life and certainly, to make a few festive greetings. Alongside my merry international wishes from the photos, I wish you all the best, lots of peace and love. May the holiday spirit be with you and your family today and throughout the New Year.

Buna, tuturor. A trecut ceva vreme de la ultima postare. Vacanta si-a preluat atributiile :) Precum a facut-o intotdeauna, sa fim sinceri :) Oricum, am trecut pe aici pentru a transmite un mare MULTUMESC tuturor celor care mi-au fost alaturi si desigur, sa scriu cateva urari festive. Impreuna cu urarile mele internationale din poze, va doresc numai bine, o multime de pace si iubire. Fie ca spiritul de sarbatoare sa fie cu voi si cu familiile voastre, astazi si pe tot parcursul Anului Nou.

Uneori haosul captureaza oamenii in tentaculele sale; toata graba care inconjoara indivizii provoaca o lipsa a atentiei spre sine. Astfel putem vedea tot mai mult oameni care nu mai consuma mancare, ci produse. Si ce sa mai spunem despre "fenomenul" a te bucura de mancare? Toata lumea se grabeste undeva (nu stiu unde). Si astfel privim oamenii cum rontaie produse (cunoscute sub numele de mancare), care secatuiesc energia, care incurajeaza oboseala si, prin urmare, deficitul de vointa si motivatie pentru a face sport, a creste si a evolua. Si nu in ultimul rand, acest tip de "mancare" instiga cresterea adipocitelor (celule adipoase) - cresterea in greutate - si cel mai important, cauzeaza variate boli - cand digestia este ingreunata si tractul digestiv este iritat, au loc inflamatii si stress in corp.

Prin urmare recomand sa incepi sa fii mai responsabil si mai conciliant cu corpul tau pentru ca acesta e casa ta; corpul tau e adapostul tau. Vrei un sanctuar plin de energie si stare de bine sau un depozit plin de gunoi?

In speranta ca am starnit o schimbare, sugerez sa incepi, desigur cu unicul meu, mic dejun glorios :) plin de nutrienti si datator de energie. Fiindca adesea in timpul zilei s-ar putea sa nu ai timp si poate rabdarea sa iti prepari ceva sau sa gatesti. de aceea eu incurajez intotdeauna acest sanatos "fast food". Datorita faptului ca in mai putin de 10 minute ai la dispozitie tot ce ai nevoie pentru a-ti stimula ziua cu atat de multa putere, incat nu iti poti imagina. Hai sa descoperim noile arome :)


INGREDIENTE imaginea 1:
- 1 mana spanac
- 1 banana mare
- 1 lingurita pudra spirulina
- 1 lingurita iarba de grau pudra
- 1 lingurita seminte de in
- 1/2 avocado
- 1 lingura seminte de chia
- 3 linguri fulgi de ovaz

- 1 mana afine
- 1 mana capsuni

INSTRUCTIUNI:
Asezati toate ingredientele in blender si mixati pana devine o crema pufoasa. 
Turnati crema intr-un bol si adaugati capsunile si afinele.


INGREDIENTE imaginea 2:
- 1 banana
- 1 kaki
- 1 cana dovleac placintar ras
- 1 lingurita turmeric
- 1 lingurita seminte de in
- 10 migdale
- 1 lingura seminte de chia
- 1 masura pudra proteica din soia (sau din canepa, orez etc.)

- 1 lingura polen crud

INSTRUCTIUNI:
Asezati toate ingredientele in blender si mixati pana devine o crema pufoasa.
Turnati crema pufoasa intr-un bol si adaugati 1 lingura de polen crud.


INGREDIENTE imaginea 3:
- 1 banana mare sau 2 mici
- 1 mana fructe de padure congelate
- 1/2 avocado
- 1 masura proteina din soia 
- 1 lingura seminte de chia
- 1 lingurita seminte de in

- 1 lingura polen crud

INSTRUCTIUNI:
Asezati toate ingredientele in blender si mixati pana devine o crema pufoasa.
Turnati crema intr-un bol si adaugati 1 lingura de polen crud.

* Optional puteti adauga 1 lingura germeni de grau

Sometimes chaos catch the people in his tentacles; all the rush that surrounds men causes lack of attention to self. Thus we can see more and more people that are not eating food anymore, they are eating food like products. And what to say about enjoying food? Everybody is rushing somewhere (don't know where). And thereby, mostly we see people munching around products (aka food) that drains energy away, that encourages fatigue and therefore deficit in will and motivation to do sports, to grow and develop the self. Last but not least, this kind of "foods" instigates adipocytes growth (fat cells) - weight gain - and most importantly causes various diseases - when digestion is hampered or the digestive tract is irritated occurs inflammation and stress throughout the body.

Hence I recommend to start being more responsible and more conciliatory to your body because this is your home; your body is your shelter. You want a sanctuary full of energy and wellbeing or a warehouse full of garbage?

In hopes that I sparked a change, I suggest to begin with, of course my one and only, glorious breakfast :) full of nutrients and energy-giving. Because often during the day you may not have the time and maybe the patience to prepare something, to cook. That's why I always encourage this healthy "fast food". Due to the fact that in less than 10 minutes you have all you need to boost your day with so much power, that you can't even imagine. Let's discover the new flavours :)

INGREDIENTS image 1
- 1 handful spinach
- 1 big banana
- 1 tsp spirulina powder
- 1 tsp wheatgrass powder
- 1 tsp flaxseeds
- 1/2 avocado
- 1 TBSP chia seeds
- 3 TBSP oat flakes

- 1 handful blueberries
- 1 handful strawberries

INSTRUCTIONS:
Place all the ingredients in blender and mix until creamy smooth.
Pour the cream into a bowl and add the strawberries and blueberries.


INGREDIENTS image 2
- 1 banana
- 1 kaki (persimmon)
- 1 cup grated pumpkin
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 1 tsp flaxseeds
- 10 almonds
- 1 TBSP chia seeds
- 1 scoop soy protein (or hemp, rice protein... )

- 1 TBSP bee polen


INGREDIENTS image 3
- 1 big banana or 2 small
- 1 handful frozen berries
- 1/2 avocado
- 1 scoop soy protein
- 1 TBSP chia seeds
- 1 tsp flaxseeds

- 1 TBSP bee polen

INSTRUCTIONS:
Place all the ingredients in blender and mix until creamy smooth.
Pour the cream into a bowl and add 1 TBSP of bee polen.

Enjoy :)
